Dreaming of my future daughter?

I'm not pregnant or anything, and not married or even officially engaged, although my boyfriend and I have talked a lot about getting married once we're more financially stable... But we've been together for over 5 years now, and in the last 5 years, I've had several dreams with him and a little girl who in my dream is my daughter. It's the same little girl every time, and the last one I had she was a little older and there was a baby boy too. Do you hink it's possible that this could be my future daughter?
