Dreaming of twins?

Last night I had a REALLY odd dream. I dreamnt I went to a gynecologist appointment and that the doctor was incompetent and so I switched doctors, then this new doctor was a female who was 8 months pregnant and she came over, felt my stomach and goes "Oh you're having triplets!" I was like "What!??! I sure hope not!"

She then goes "if you put your hand on your stomach you can feel their bodies and heads, and the only reason this one would be so far over is if you were having more than one." So I start to feel my stomach and sure enough I could feel their bodies and heads, and there were two, not three. I held them in place and you could see their formation through my skin, I was like "look! It's twins!" and it was just really weird!

What could this dream mean? I am expecting a baby, but as far as I know it's only one!

it could mean that your mind wants twins but you as a human dont want twins but you really want them.

it could also mean that later you might find out that you are having twins.

it can mean just coincidence or you can possibly be stressed about your pregnancy causing you to think more about it even in your dreams............

first child? it could be the unknown you are dreaming bout our hormones are nuts at that time but twins if you where not pregnant is a sign of great happiness

Switching doctor = non-trust, anxiety driven

message about having triplets = shocking statement, things more than you can  hold or handle.

Dreaming of having baby is quite normal especially when you are pregnant.  However, dreaming of twins in your case may just mean you are having some anxiety in you.

Projecting switching doctor suggests that there is need for trust, and true support.  Projecting message from the new doctor added the evidence of stress and you may be feeling the burden of pregnancy subconsciously.

Telling yourself in dream only twins come out may seem to lesen the burden, but actually it is hidden message about your stress.  You are trying to comfort yourself subconsciously. You want to make things less stressful in terms of pregnancy.  You want to believe what  things you can handle in life. So, you projected twins instead of triplets.  That , in symbolic way is telling you that you have no choice but facing the reality in dream.    That in translation, you are helpless in some aspect of your life.

In conclusion,  you are stressed, feeling helpless and burdened, you probably can't wait till the baby comes out.
