Dreaming with hills?

Question

i always have dreams with me driving... and its usually never good, i never get it under control.

last night i had a dream that i was driving up a hill (im extremely scared of hills) and it was really dificult for me but for the first time ever in my dreams i was driving right. I actually did it and once i got to the top of the hill i went over to my friends dads house and made orange juice from scratch.

what does this mean?

please help meeee.

Figuring out the meaning of dreams is difficult for an outsider.  But it would sound to me as if your successful navigation of the hills (your fear) means that you feel you have conquered fear of some sort and it was a good experience, (having the orange juice)  I suppose the OJ could symbolize health and wellness to you and it was a symbol that conquering your fear left you feeling healthy emotionally.
