In my opinion: That they are still alive, not to touch, feel are have new conversations with but alive in your mind. you havnt forgot about your sister therefor she still lives within you. Never forgot someone that dies, especialy someone that was close to you because as long as they keep as a memory they stay alive. but if you forget them then noone is there to keep the memory alive so they fade away into a background and die out. =)
