Dreams: Ever since I can remember, Im now 29, every single night my previous nights dreams flash before me?

for a short while. Soon after I almost always fall asleep. I tell a lot of people about it but have only ever met one lady who has the same thing. Anyone experience this? Anyone know more about it?

The same thing happens to me but the previous dreams don't have to be the night before. I think its natural but quite rare. Not dangerous or harmful - normally simply dismiss it as deja-vu.

I don't experience this.

However, I can tell you what I think is going on in your mind. You are revisiting trauma. However, every time you do this you forget about it. (fall asleep)

You at the point where you do want to address the effects the trauma has had on you.
