And seriously, I've never imagined dogs to be my parents or any other relative. And I've got such funny n stupid dreams before.

Depends on how you feel about dogs. I was attacked by a dog as a child, so my feelings would be different from someone who loves dogs and has only ideal feelings towards them.

Maybe you feel your parents are loyal, but maybe a little too involved in what you want to do? (Slobbering all over your social life, for example (-:). It sounds like it was a good dream, though. So, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
