Dreams hotel at Dominican Republic?? 10 points!!!!?

Question

well am going soon! and i dont want any rubbish from people such as its rubbish or a dump because i no for a fact if its costing me £5000 for 4 people and is a all inclusive luxury hotel i think that say enough! I just wan answers fro honest people who have been there and discovered what its like thanks

" Dreams" is a very good place to spend your 5 thousand pounds, and you will enjoy it! This will be change from the daily routine, that's why hollidays are for not?

We never stayed at Dream DR but we stayed at the Dreams Cancun Resort and loved it. The staff, the food and the resort were excellent.

I don't know what room category you picked but I do have a tip for you. Dreams Resorts are part of the IPreferred hotel group. You can sign up for a Iprefer membership card and get a upgrade on your room category if it's available, there are also some other perks and benefits by signing up. It's free.

We signed up to become a member before we went to Dreams Cancun. We were upgraded to a much better room.

I use this website all the time before I book a trip.   If you look at the top of the page they also have candid tourist photo's...even video, not just the airbrushed hotel ones.   Enjoy the trip!

Did not stay there as a dreams hotel.  but stayed there as a Sunscape the beach.  had a wonderful time.  did not get sick.  the food was great.  We enjoyed the bar at the the top of the pool it was nice a quite at night.  enjoy

My wife and I went to The Dominican Republic for two weels,all inclusive in a 5-Star resort in Punta Cana.We both wish that we had never heard of the place.I ended up in intensive care for 4 days,as I got it very bad,and my wife,I found out later,wasn't even seen by the same doctor.It's a bit of hit & miss in the D.R,as even the so-called best Hotels,as we were in,have ongoing problems with blocked toilets,and flies on the food on the Buffet.The toilets are supposed to be cleaned daily,but I reckon they 'miss' out on some.Why?,I wish we knew?.It was halfway through the holiday,and we are still waiting for at least a refund from the holiday company yet,and it's over a year since we were there now.DO NOT DRINK ANY WATER EXCEPT THE BOTTLED WATER!!.And if you leave the Hotel for a meal or a drink?,be very carefull wherever you go, and what you eat or drink.If you do go as you have booked and presumably paid for it?,I wish you better luck than we had.We will NOT be going back there,ever.Please have Travel Insurance as we had,or you'll have to sell your house when you get home as we would have ended up having to do,but,Saga,they were brilliant.
