Dreams vs. no dreams

i usually dont have dreams at all.

but last night i did.

does that mean i got better sleep?

same hours though... 5-1 ...

so its not like i got more sleep or anything.

  2. I don't remember where but I heard that you dream more if you sleep on your right side as opposed to your left.

  3. probebly, if u can remember ur dreams that means that ur body has rejuvanated it self. u prob got more rest than u uaslly do.

  4. Instead of no dream, you should rephrase it as remembering the dream.

    It all depends the dream. If  you have good dreams, you may have good sleep too.

    Having better sleep does not depend on whether you remember the dream. However, if you have dreams that hang over  your mind a lot, that may cause your sleeping problem.  That is brain activity causing you bad sleep, not the dreams.  Of course, any nightmare or bad dream you remember will definitely affect your sleep
