Question:

Dreams where you can't talk?

I used to dream that I was in a big mall when I was like 4. I was there with my mom and I've never seen anything like it before. It was HUGE and I would always get distracted by something and go check it out. I forgot what.... Anyways my mom would just walk around normally, going up and down the escalators, and then there was a glass blocking me from reaching her. I tried to scream or call her but words wouldn't come out of my mouth. Then I would wake up.

I've heard of people having dreams where they can't talk or scream, what's that supposed to mean? I used to have them when I was a little kid. I don't have any dreams like that anymore.

  1. To dream that you are at the mall, represents your attempts in making a favorable impression on someone. The mall is also symbolic of materialism and the need to keep up with the trends, fads, and/or the latest technology. To dream that you are trapped behind glass, represents your openness and non-defensiveness. Alternatively, you may be putting up an invisible emotional barrier around yourself. To dream that you are voiceless, represents a lost of identity and a lack of personal power. You are unable to speak up and stand up for yourself.

    Hope that helped
