Dremel Router attachment?

Question

Is the Dremel router attachment ONLY designed to fit a Dremel, or do other makes of mini rotary tools fit in the router attachment?

If only dremels fit in it , does it work with a dremel 300?

Only Dremel.  Their useless, get a real router.
