Dresscode for pantage theatre?

i'm going to the pantage theatre for the first time to watch wicked and i was wondering how i need to dress. can i go in jeans and t-shirt or does it have to be more formal

Go more formal...Its almost like a sign of respect.

Dont go full on out there over the top, but classy.

I wouldnt recommend jeans.

It's not freakishly formal and it's not jeans and a t-shirt. Just wear something like, in between like a dress or colored jeans :)

The standard for live performance theater is formal. That doesn't mean a Gown, but certainly something other than a T Shirt and jeans, no matter what others wear.

A little formal is good. A dress or a shirt and skirt.

If you go in jeans and a t-shirt it's considered disrespectful to the actors (unless of course the jeans are very nice). The only t-shirt that would be acceptable is if it was from the Ozdust Boutique (it's the shop set up in the lobby when you see Wicked).

Have fun seeing Teal [Elphaba]; Erin [G(a)linda] might not be back yet (she's been sick) and her standby Laura may still be performing.

Wear a skirt. Or nice pants. Jeans would be OK if you wear a nice top. Enjoy the show. Teal is a god Elphie. She really throws herself into the part. I've never seen Erin Mackey, but both times I've gone I've seen the standby, Laura Woyasz. She is amazing too. Enjoy the show,  and make sure to buy the soundtrack!
