Dressing up for the Pasta co.?

For my sweet 16, the pasta co. is the closest resturaunt that i know of where i live. Is it possible to dress up in semi formal dresses there? Yes this is my sweet 16. would we stand out TOO much? we dont care if we stand out a little bit. and is it a sit down resturaunt?

well it is easy....a shirt and a skit is always accept every  where....but all you have to do is good there and see or call.
