Rachael Ray (rolling my eyes) mentioned that the "older" dried pasta is the longer it will take to cook even till the al dente stage.I find this very hard to believe despite the source. So is this true? That a 1 month old box of dried pasta cooks faster than a 3 month or 6 month old box of the same dried pasta??
