  1. it's for footspeed, and keeping your knees up

  2. Go do it, and whatever hurts afterwards, that's what it works on.

  3. its for agility and get your legs moving fast, more for running backs

isn't designed to work out any muscle it's just for agility and coordination

  4. It works your thighs more then anything. High stepping and planting. It is a very good drill to run I would assume. Also teaches you how to step in small areas of grass and not on someones ankles rolling them spraining them and possibly breaking them. And most importantly It builds up your leg muscles to avoid take downs by the leg.

  5. Im pretty sure it is to help people avoid stepping in holes on the street to keep them injury free and on the field. lol. No really its just an agility eye foot coordination drill.

  6. personally I dont think its even for working out really. I think its more for coordination and keeping you sharp.
