  1. First of all don't listen to Joe S. at all. That is not too light and even if u were light that doesn't mean you would get laid out, if u know how to take and dish off a hit than it doesn't matter. Second of all some good drills would be: 1. You have two offensive linemen, two defensive linemen, one running back, and one linebacker/defensive back and the running back tries to get past the defenders. (for u, being both a rb and a cb, u cud be both of the positions) 2. Have to cones set up and have one running back and one linebacker/defensive back. Have them run around the cones and the running back tries to break the tackle. 3. You should try to do a lot of agility like doing some ladders and to work on ur acceleration try to run with some ankle weights and try to have two line/cone set up  about ten yards away from each other. Try to sprint from one line/cone to the other and as you get to one of them touch it with one of ur hands and then start sprinting to the next one. (touching the cone/line with ur hand really helps because u start lower which makes ur acceleration faster) Run back and forth between these two about five times, then rest, then do it again.

If you practice these things a lot you will become a lot better, I hope I helped.
