  1. no you dont need your parents, just someone over 18 with you

BTW are you talking legal or what actually happens.........

  2. Legally you can't buy or drink any alcohol in any licensed premises until you are 18 no matter who you are with or what kind of establishment it is.

You can legally drink in  private premises e.g. at home with your parents permission under the age of 18

Many Shops, Off licenses and pubs run the challenge 21 rule

meaning that if you look under 21 you will be asked for I.D. to prove you can legally buy alcohol

  3. IT'S ALL here.  at which age you can

  4. Basically if your 18+ you can drink in in whatever bar restuarant you want, and you can buy it too.

But if your sixteen with an ADULT you may be allowed a glass of beer or a glass of wine.

Wherever you go you should have some ID just in case they want some proof :)

hope this has helped! :] x*x

  6. you dont need a parent but someone over 18 has to be there to buy it,otherwise no problem

  7. to be on the safe side just wait till your 18

  8. Yes the same rule applies until you are over 18 I am afraid, at 16 you are still classed as a minor here in the UK! xx
