  1. Nope.

  2. it used to be 18 in Oklahoma- they raised it to 21...I don't see them changing it.  I think if you can't drink a beer you should not be responsible to defend our country or any other...if they can give em a gun- they should give em a beer too!

  3. Nope

  4. Vermont and a few others are looking into it. They are currently running studies to determine the pros and cons.

    EDIT:

Missouri, Minnesota and South Dakota are the "others."

What most people don't know is that the "Nation Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984" is mostly a myth. It is a bill that tell the states that if they don't prohibit the PURCHASE of alcohol by people under 21 they'll lose 10% of their highway funding.

As a result there are WIDE variations in drining laws across the country. 19 statea actually don't prohibit the possession and consumption of alcohol by individuals under 21. Several more have allowances for parental supervision.

  5. I doubt it, unless the state does not need highway funding.

  6. I dont think so

  7. Not a chance.  Some states were 18 about 25yrs ago but the federal gov't put a stop to that.  Jerks!
