  1. 16 is under the legal age. As you know there are inherint risks with alcohol. When you turn 21, I think that you will find runners enjoy drinking. Does it hurt their running.... I don't think we really care. It is just a part of our sport. Not all of us are trying to make the Olympic team. There is a social aspect to the sport. However since you are 16, I think you could put the beer bong down and try your best then resume at a later date.

  2. yes, it dehydrates you.

  3. Dude...getting drunk ruins your body. And at 16 I don't even think you should be drinking. Oh and drinking does dehydrate you. That's why people get hangovers in the morning. If you want to get faster i suggest you stop drinking because just drinking and running is probably not good for you.

  4. Yes, and if your coach catches you or if someone reports it you can get kicked off the team - why do you even drink? It does nothing good for you.

  5. Nope, you're running on ethanol, it's good for the environment, less carbon from your tail pipe. Try running in reverse, its a sure hit.
