Drinking alcohol at night while taking medicine in morning?

I take 0.5 mg of Klonopin at 7:30 a.m. I also take 100 mg of Lamictal at that same time. If I drink five to six beers starting at 8:00 p.m.'ish, how much will it affect me? I will ask my psych, but I want to know if anyone is like me.

Even if someone were in the same situation, your bodies are different.  Talk to your doc.

It takes at least 24 hours to get alcohol out of your system ... I wouldn't be drinking while on medication ... Your psych will tell you the same ... you could kill yourself.

If you're talking about every night, you've got a bigger problem than a med interaction. ;)

You need to talk to your doc.  As a guess, half as much might not be a problem.  A six pack with K and L in the morning might not be so good.

first of all, alcohol and medicine dont mix. if you need to take prescribed medicines den you have to forgo the alcohol binge.
