Drinking eye drops?

so one of my friends put 2 bottles of eye drops in my drink (without me knowing). whats going to happen?

ahhh i would be pissed at you 'friend' because you have to go to the hospital and probably get your stomach pumped... haha I would'nt sit around and ask us questions.

It depends on the drops, but if they're just (saline) comfort drops, probably nothing.

Basically you just drank some totally sterile, mildly salty water with your drink.

If they didn't tell you, you probably wouldn't have ever noticed.

If they're medicated, I can't tell you.

if its been a while like maybe at least 10 hours, and no signs of unusual things happening, then you should be fine, if not, then contact a doctor fast.

THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!

It will not cause diarrhea, but it can cause other harmful effects:

Lowering body temperature to dangerous levels

Making breathing difficult, or even halting it entirely

Blurring vision

Causing nausea and vomiting

Elevating and then dropping blood pressure

Causing seizures or tremors

Sending the ingester into a coma

i think you're going to vomit...not sure, i saw it on wedding crashers and the guy got very sick

I have heard that they can act as a laxative......If it has been more than a day and no syptoms you should be ok...

Depends on the type of drop used.  Some are harmful.

Get new friends.
