how much milk should you drink a day? does it really help?

  1. 3 cups at least.  Milk has calcium and helps to build string bones... also you can eat 3 cups of yogurt instead if you don't like milk, don't worry, I learned this from my nutrition teacher so I'm not making it up.

  2. if your prone to gaining weight, milk makes you gain weight, especially whole milk.

    if your thin and want to be stronger then drink a 2-4 cups of whole milk a day.

    if your not thin, drink skim, i love milk so i drink skim, since im bigger

  3. Build up your calcium intake with 3 cups of milk a day for strong bones!  Whole milk is best.

    but if your older , drink 2 percent.

  5. Yes it does.  I drink 12 ounces with each meal.  It is great for building bone density.  Some people on yahoo answers even drink some at night in a baby bottle.  So everybody gets their milk in the way that is comfortable for them.

  6. Its good for you but bad for the dairy cows they are seriously mistreated and abused. Drink as little as possible and save a cow. Look up animal abuse and watch the videos how they are abused and you will see. You could take a supplement
