So i always wonder this when i am flying, well i do sometimes anyway, lol

Say i am going from point A to B. In point A the legal drinking age is 18, In point B the legal drinking age is 19. If i were 18 could i drink while on the flight???

I heard they go by where the airline is based out of, but what if its a Canadian company and you are flying within Canada, which province rules do they go by?

Hmm, just wondering.

  1. Think it should be following the rules at the departing point. In this case, it will be 18 years of age.

Another possibility will be where the aircraft is registered. Rules will follow as the place the plane is registered. But the best is to ask the steward. Hope this help.
