Drinking then cops were involved?

Alright... here's the story...

Tonight, we were drinking in my friend's my hot tub. Me, my friend, and his girlfriend got pretty drunk and decided to go streaking. We ran into his front yard and my idiot self decided to start doing naked jumping jacks in front of a pick-up truck, who turned out to be an off-duty cop. Well, that cop called another cop who came to the house, bitched us out for a little bit and we ended up taking an alcho-sensor (breathalyzer). I blew numbers and so did my buddy. HOWEVER, the cop didn't take our licenses and just really asked our information. What are the chances that nothing will come of this? I've gotten two alcohol citations and the night that they happened, I received some type of citation. The cop asked if I have gotten any in the past. I said yes, but he he said none showed up on my record. Tonight, I did not get a citation nor did I have to show him my license. Is that any indication that I possibly may get away with this?

if u were drinking on your own property it shouldnt be a problem. and i think it might have something to do with you were naked on your own property, he looked at your property and seen it. so really he didnt have much jurisdiction.

but thats my guess in the dark. lol

First of all the US Penal Code states that Officers of the Law must Cite, or Arrest any offender on the spot.

Certain Civil Incorporations, Meaning cities have adopted certain codes that only pertain to speeding and traffic violations IE cameras that would circumvent this ruling.

So, if the police officer did not give you a ticket or take you to jail for public indecency, lude acts, public intoxication, or anything else, then you are free and clear.

However there may be charges filed afterwards if they push it only to a detective, and then there has to be witnesses and complaining witnesses to the crime.  Being that they had you there on the spot and blew into a BA Breathalyzer, and you blew numbers, then they were not going to take you in for PI.  

But be prepared if this is a small town to be pulled over more frequently especially on the weekends and at night for anything you do wrong, as they now have your number and your background and know that you like to drink and walk around naked.   Not only that but there is a report somewhere that is searchable, so I would avoid perving any late night open windows watching your next door neighbors sleep because you are drunk out of your mind and havnt gotten any action.  

The internet would be a better search for these types of virtual voyeurisms.  

So, with that said,  No you are not going to face any charges, unless you are contacted by the Cities Criminal Investigators and that should actually take within 48 hours.  So by the time you read this, go ahead and down another beer, just make sure you wear that robe that hangs in your bathroom that you never put on anyhow outside to get the newspaper from now on when you are in your stooper.

Sounds like nothing will come of it.

BTW, you may want to ease back on the booze if it's bringing all this trouble to you.
