  2. enegy drinks are really bad for you anyways. you probably are shaking from drinking them without getting excersise when you should just be drinking waterr.

  3. yeah that's called a bit too much caffeine just either slow wayyy down or stop for a while.

  4. yes you will be ok it is all of the sugar that you just drank

  5. you should be fine after a while, but make sure you don't drink that much in that little amount of time.  One monster is about 2-3 servings so if you had two then you had 4-6 servings of caffeine which is a lot.  Maybe you can try to eat something to soak up the caffeine.

  6. You should be OK. That is just a bunch of sugar, caffeine and other stimulants all in a short amount of itme. Maybe drink a bunch of water to dilute it and get some of it out quicker.

It is too much for an entire day too. Red Bull recommends having only 1 to 2 a day. The 2nd largest selling, which is also the 1st and largest healthy energy drink also rcommends having only one and no more than 2 a day. Monsters are twice as big so one can is already 2 servings. you have had 4 servings.

Also with 4 servings you consumed 320mg of caffeine (80mg per serving). That is over the maximum safe amount of 300mg that we should consume each day.

Next time drink a bunch of water. It will increaes motabilism and energy levles by 3%. If you need an energy drink use water with it as caffeine dehydrates. When dehydrated we become tired. This intensifies the sugar crash. If we drink extra water it offsets the dehydrating effect and it is possible to not notice a sugar crash at all.

  7. How about don't drink them when you don't need them.

  8. High levels of caffeine are bad for you, you could potentially cause an overdose of caffeine or heart problems.
