  1. Little Tricks To Help You Lose Weight Fast

Yeah we all know that we are supposed to cut calories, do cardio and hit the gym to get in shape, but there are lots of little tricks you shouldn't ignore if you want to slim down quick.

Take The Stairs Taking the stairs instead of the elevator every day can help you burn some extra calories. It may not seem like a lot but it adds up. Over a period of a year, taking the stairs can burn off an extra five lbs. of fat.

  2. When is summer?  I'm in Canada and ours is about done for this year.  Good time to start for next one.

20 to 30 mins walking a day is GREAT.  If you can use a back pack, swing your arms and  walk with enthusiasm.  Better alternate walking fast with walking more slowly.  See Dr Al Sears web site and watch twin study!  Amazing fat ratio results, fast with no diet changes.  Look at the faces of the girls.  VERY different though they are identical twins.  Exercise and HOW it was done made all the difference.

Walking will help build muscle and muscle burns fat.  Walking will also help you detoxify as your immune system as depends upon your movement to cleanse.

Sufficient water consumption is essential for cells to function and elimination of toxins to correct excess water retention.  The body will retain water because toxins are irritating and it's attempting to dilute them.

Keep your diet clean.  A good rule is if it's processed, don't eat it.  Real foods don't have labels.  Food artifacts, what's left over from food when it's processed, have labels.

Toxins in your body are those that your organs have been unable to filter out.  Most of us have overloaded organs as our environment is not good and we injest so much junk.  Meats and packaged goods are full of c**p we can't use and our organs are overworked.  All they can do is store it.

Skin brushing, with a dry NATURAL bristle brush only, and everywhere towards the groin, is said to equal at least 30 mins of exercise to clear toxins.  Makes your skin better able to eliminate and makes skin feel like silk.  Feels nice, believe it or not.  I put it off for years thinking it would be harsh.  STUPID notion.  Needless delay.

You do have lots of time to exercise.

While you are doing homework you can sit on a big ball which will do wonders for stablizing muscles with no extra effort you'll be aware of.

You can sqeeze a ball between your knees, great for thighs.

I've squeezed my buttocks together whenever I think of it, at stop signs, while walking in wait lines, brushing teeth etc all my life.  That certainly pays!  I think flabby butts are gross.

Another easy useful exercise particularly great for minutes as you study is to breath fully in, exhale forcefully and fully, expelling stale air, hold, and roll your stomach in and up--will massage your innner organs.   Let go and repeat.  If you've gotten all the air out you will get an inhale noise. Even one is better than none.

Press down on arms of a chair periodically.  While standing raise your heels, wiggle your toes, twist from your waist, rotate your shoulders.

Keep a small ball or two around.  Sqeeze with your fingers and curl your wrists.  All rotations are good for oiling your joints.  No jerky motions though.  Just smooth and gentle movements.

You know, prime knowledge retention times are beginning and end, known as 'primacy and recency.'  Make lots of beginning and ends as you work.  Makes a difference.  Oxygenating your brain, which you will be doing with deep breathing, also helps.

People who fidget it seems tend to weigh less.  Of course if you feel good it's easier to move.  Make a point of incorporating little movements into your life also make a point to learn to completely relax and clear your head at least a few minutes in a day.

Water is vital to good glowing health.  Cathy Graham of Fresh Start, who lost 170+ pounds says 1 LITER for every 10 pounds over.  Dr Batman... who says all disease is from dehydration says 1 on for every 2 pounds of body weight, PLUS 1 1/2 times the volume of all coffee tea, soda or alcohol.

I've heard of too much water, by the way, I think it must be from an obsessive disorder.  Pretty hard to do.  Most drink too little.

As for weight loss, cinnamon is said to boost metabolism.  Small meals freqently.

Focus more on getting stronger--building more muscle than on weight loss.  Do think toxins, how to avoid and how to get them out.

Not eating concentrated proteins like meat and dairy and starches together is said to help.  My experience with this plus water, exercise and detoxing--Fit for Life healthful eating--shows it does wonders for weight and outlook.  Our bodies make protein we need from vegetation as do the bodies of the strongest animals in the world.  Dark green leafy vegetables will supply lots of calcium and not leech it from our bones as milk can.

Chromium picantolate is said to be very useful in losing weight.

Losing weight is really about being active and detoxifying.  And BE very wary of additives, and aspartame.  The first may be added to make you addicted.  Aspartame is well known to mess with your brain.

Fast foods and other products are designed to make you crave more and not fill you up.

Refined sugar is very bad for you.  It's nutrient free and HUGELY addicitive.

All the best to you.  You deserve it.

  3. I found that drinking a lot of water helped me diet.

Mainly because when you are hungry you can have a big glass of water and it fills your tummy for a bit.

No real benefits other than helping to flush out toxins etc though.

  4. Drinking too much water is dangerous for you. I think it was a woman from USA who died recently from a brain disorder caused by drinking too much water, so be careful.

  5. When losing weight, water will keep you from getting kidney stones, and it also lowers the blood sugar which keeps insulin from trying to make your body store sugar (which can make you keep or gain weight). It also fulfills two needs 1) Psychological, "I need to do SOMETHING like eating" and 2) Physiological, it will make you feel fuller.

  6. The best way is to exercise and eat less food!

Water has no calories so it will not have an effect

  7. Drinking a lot of water is always good for your heath, and it is good that you walk 20-30 mins every day. But drinking water with a normal diet isn't going to have a huge effect on your weight.  If you can't exercise any more than that i guess its okay, if you really want to lose weight you will have to also include a healthy diet.  You could watch the amount of calories you eat, or just try to cut back on junk food.
