    But here nobody cares about it, we are drunk at 14 et it doesn't stop until 20.

  3. I am on an exchange in France rite now and only 15. I can go to the Store and buy watever I want and they never ask for any ID and at the bar the same thing goes. They try to inforce 16 and 18 in some places but there is no actual law againist it..
