Drive Replacement

I have a ADIC Scalar 218 that has an issue with one of the drives, would you have any documentation and or know how to remove the drives? I have pretty much exhausted all my resources including sending Quantum and email. I have removed most of the plates in the rear and bottom of the library but to no prevail.Any assistance would be much appreciated.
