Driver's education online for permit??

Question

I did an online course for the permit certificate, on a website called, driveredtogo.com

Does anybody know if this website is for real and isn't going to scam me and not send me a legit certificate once I pay? Has anyone used this site?

If you have to do a driver's ed course in your state before you get a licence, online courses rarely count. I got my first licence in Maryland, and you had to have a classroom (be in a classroom) and a behind the wheel course. They specifically said that they don't accept online courses.
