  1. Depends on the state. Here in Mississippi, the only way to get your license before you're eighteen without the six month wait is through a hardship license. That's a type of license you get with a court order for example if you are caring for a parent or someone who can't drive themselves. Even then, with the hardship license, you are only able to drive under limited conditions, like certain hours of the day unless there is a licensed driver with you.

  2. In California it doesnt matter, as long as your under 18 you'll have to wait the six months.

    Hope I helped

  3. What state are you in?- the rules are different in each state.

I think most places unless you're over 18 then you still need to wait the 6 months.

Edit- you can also check all your DMV/driving related rules on this site. Just click on your state and look up the info.

  4. check into a Hardship license, im not exactly sure how this works but if both parents are always tied up with other things, like work schedule or dissabilities, it is very possibly that you qualify for a hardship license so you can get yourself back and forth where you need to go.
