Driver Compatibility issue

Hi,

I am having UT-300R2U ADSL broadband modem. I am trying to load the same on a USB port of my Notebook having Windows Vista Home OS which is getting failed. I had tried to locate the appropriate driver on the manufactureres site too but could not find.
