  1. go to rockbottomgolf.com or golbalgolf.com thy have very nice clubs

  2. Big Bertha

  3. I think the driver he has is the right driver for him. Buy him a new Taylormade cart bag.

  4. Get him a gift certificate.  The driver is a really important club and you don't want to buy him one that he can't hit well but won't return because he doesn't want to hurt your feelings.   Great idea, but the GC allows him to go in and try a bunch of different ones and get the one that works best for him.

  5. Nike Sumo or Sumo squared sell for 200 and are high MOI drivers.  Also the Cleveland Hibore Xl is 200 and is long!

  6. Try an '07 model driver like the TaylorMade r7 draw.  It was the highest rated driver in Golf Magazine's Club Test '07.  Others receiving high ratings were the Cobra Speed LD and the Nike Sasquatch Sumo.  Try these sites:

    tgw.com

    ebay.com

    globalgolf.com

    golfsmith.com

    edwinwatts.com

    gppgolf.com

    rockbottomgolf.com

  7. You may want to check to see if he wants a new driver.  Talk with the guys he plays with regularly.  They would probably know.  Golfer are picky about their equipment.  You are better off getting him a gift certificate, and letting him pick his own equipment.

  8. get him a gift certificate. preferably a local shop where he can hit different clubs on a launch monitor with competent employees.

  9. I bought a really good used Cobra Speed LD drive at Golfsmith. This driver added 25 yards to my drive. I am 63 and 16 handicap
