Driver for web cam. i cant find driver for my web cam type ucom, i cant installed in my pc , i

i cant find driver for my web cam type ucom, i cant installed in my pc , i have a cd wich i bought with my cam but i cant insatalled. I dont know what is the problem. Is that because i pluged first my cam in pc or something else. When i start to install from cd i have a message that the driver are not founded.
Can u help me, please...
