Driver of Scanner Gemius not run on the xp vista

My Scanner is a Genius and U ubstakked ib tge xo and the mensage is: Look for local pport etc., but the mensage of Windows XP is: Windows do not located driver C:WIN TWAIN 32. What I do for solution? Tank you
