  1. first of all it depends on what its been suspended for 2nd I highly doubt it .

    since you have to surrender your ca lic when you get a TX drivers lic .

    now 20 years ago I would have said yes but with computers now in days Nope wont happen


  2. don't think so.....having lived in cali and moved to texas i can tell you 4 certain that they pull up your status before they issue

    a texas Lic.
