Drivers Permit / Drivers Liscence?

I am 15 and missed out on drivers training so i can't get a permit till i am 16 so do i need a permit to get a liscense cause i know mostly all the stuff i need to know about driving

Yes, you need to have your permit to get a license. The time is different in different states though, some you have to have it for a year and some you only have to have it for 6 months. I know in California it's only 6 months. But if you turn 18 before you get a permit, the permit is no longer needed and you can just get your license.
