Drivers don't install on HP laptop

Question

Hi,
I've recently bought a FH526AA hp Notebook 530 but have installed the Windows XP pro Sp2 version, I have downloaded drivers from HP website.
But the Audio & modem drivers do not want to install.
Conexant CX20548 (Sp36089) & Conexant CX20549 (Sp38314)
What might be the problem and where can I perhaps other version compatible with this laptop? Can you help?
