  1. haha i have a "facts for driving permit quiz" brochure that my driver's ed teacher gave me like a year ago.

the test itsself consists of 40 multiple choice questions.

    1. a yellow, unbroken line on the right hand side of the center line indicates a no passing zone.

    2. your license will be revoked for one year upon conviction of drunken driving, failure to stop and render aid to the injured and driving after suspension or revocation of license.

    5. when two vehicles approach an intersection at about the same time the driver on the left must yield the right of way to the driver on the right.

    6. when preparing for a right turn, signal for at least 100 feet, check traffic to the rear and drive in the right hand lane.

    7. the proper hand signal for a right turn is left arm extended upward.

    8. it is unlawful to park closer than 15 feet to a crosswalk, more than 12 inches from the curb, closer than 2 feet to the bumper of another parked car, closer than 10 feet to a fire hydrant, in an alley in a business district, in front of a fire station and within 4 feet of the entrance to an alley of private driveway.

    16. when you hear the siren of an emergency vehicle you should pull over to the right and stop.

    17. passing on the right is permitted any time the roadway is wide enough for 2 cars to move in the same direction and when the car ahead is making a left turn providing you remain on the traveled part of the highway.
