Drivers for Laptop HDD

Hello Sir.I have Toshiba MK1522FCV HDD,i would like to conect this
to my system through IDE to USB converter but it ask for driver.In
Device Manger it shows Nodrivers installed for this device.Can sugesst me.Thanks Srinivas
