  1. stay in north carolina its the BEST state ever!!!!

  2. You can go to the DMV and  exchange it for a CA license.  You'll have to take a written test, but the driving test should be waived unless you have a bad record.

California's restrictions are for the first 12 months of driving.  So if you've had your license for less than 12 months, you might have restrictions.  I'm not sure.

  3. I'm not sure, but if you go talk to someone at the dmv they'll definitely tell you all you need to do, and help you do it. I'm pretty sure you just get a new license though.

  4. lol you can keep your same drivers licence and pay north carolina sales tax in california or you can just go to the dmv and switch your residance to cali, no big deal

no restrictinos basically means you can drive at night time and carry ppl in the car with you

  5. Have you seen your driver's license picture on here yet?

  6. Well in california EVERYONE under 18 has restrictions. You have to take a permit test then a driving test. Well because the laws are different here. I heard back east they have passing lanes. We don't here. Thats our fast lane. lol, and we do right turns on red, just stop for 3 seconds first. We have lots of weird stuff here in cali! Check the CA.dmv.gov site.
