Drivers license and seat belt question?

1) I'm getting ready to get my permit and I was wondering if people can tell me the difficulty of the exam for getting your permit? Also, people were saying that you can take practice exams online..can someone provide me with a link for one in new york state?

2) How old do you have to be to stop wearing your seat belt in the back?

Allright i took mine and i live in NY too, its very easy, just type in NYS DMV permit test or something, the seat belt rule is I think you have to be atleast over 70 pounds and then theres a certain age you have to be over too.

and in most stats you have to wear them if your in a car front or back but it varies from state to state shoul d find that answer at same site

It's been a long time since I took my permit test, but typically, the answers are all either logical or common sense, so make sure you have your head on straight when you take the test.

I don't know about NY, but here in IL, if you're in the back seat, you need to be buckled up.   So I guess the answer to your 2nd question is "Dead"....at least in IL.  :-)
