okay here in north dakota you can get your drivers lisence at 14, the only restriction is you cant drive any car that isnt owned by your parents or legal guardians, i have my lisence and it is legal for me to drive in other states like when im on vacation but if i were to move to another state before i am 16 would i still get to keep my lisence or would i have to wait until im 16 to get it again?

  1. depends on where you would theoretically be moving

  2. it depends what state your car is registered in and where you are moving to..... If you visit somewhere than you're fine

  3. It all depends on the age restrictions in other states. Some staes would let you have a driver's liscence at 16, but other would make you wait for a while.

  4. Legally you are supposed to change your license when you move, like within ten days here in Kansas.  You could "hypothetically" move and not renew til your current one expires.  Usually that's a few years.
