  1. 6years I believe in UK

  2. There off so if you change address or just want to renew your licence they will not be on the next one.

  3. If you're in the States, it varies from State to State.  Michigan has a three year period.  Wisconsin has a one year period.  Best to check with your Secretary of State's office.

  4. They count towards totting up for 3 years but stay on your licence counterpart for 4. Most insurance companies take them into account for 5 years for premium purposes.

  5. 4 yrs send it to dvla and get them removed no charge for this

  6. three answers two wrong why do you answer if you dont know the answer the correct answer the courts will disregard the points after three years and the DVLA will remove them after four years and no charge is involved to have them removed.

it is purely academic having them removed because the people  who matter will disregard them also after after three years

  7. They are valid for 3 years and can be removed after 4 years.

  8. If you're in the UK, consider them gone! 5 years. (or it used to be...)
