    Under 21 Years of Age

    Utah drivers under the age of 21 are subjected to a

    more stringent point system. An accumulation of 70

    points or more within a three (3) year period may result

    in a hearing and a subsequent suspension or denial of

    driving privileges from 30 days up to one (1) year.
