Drives like a maniac?

Okay, my dad is visiting and his car is broken so he's driving mine. I have a suspended liscence so I can't drive it. My jeep is in great condition. He drives my car like he is in a Nascar race. We were going to pick up my wife from work and he got all road raged cause someone was tailgating him. I told him not to drive my car all crazy. He got pissed off and swerved off the road, slammed on the brakes, got out of the car and slammed the door super hard, then threw my keys into the intersection. I told him that he can't drive my car anymore. He's all pissed about it and still thinks he didn't do anything wrong. Did I do the right thing by not letting him drive my car? What else should I do?

  1. You did not do anything wrong, its your vehicle and you have every right to tell someone how to drive it and if he is still upset you guys can always call a cab.....

  2. You are a lot more mature than HE is. How strange.

Do yourself a favor and learn from his selfish and childish behavior, and don't act that way. (is that the reason YOUR license is suspended?)

YES, you did the right thing, and you should CONTINUE to.

  3. We are all 1 MPH from manslaughter...

  4. I wouldn't let anyone drive my car that is like that either. You did the right thing. He'll just have to get over it.

  5. Not only should he not be driving 'your' car, he should be banned from driving completely. Your Dad has serious anger management issues and if he drives like this all the time he is going to end up killing somebody. You definitely did the right thing here I applaud you for it.

  6. Well if he's gonna be so upset, and act like a child (no offense) then you have every right to not let him drive lol God Bless p.s. im a child lol

  7. he may be paying you back for the way you drove his car.

  8. You did great!! I don't care who you are, you WILL NOT drive my car anyway you want. If he does not like it, tough!!!!!!!! Get him removed for your insurance, I have my set up where no one but my wife (and I) can drive our cars, just because of people do not treat my stuff like I do.

  9. Wow, sounds like someone needs some anger management.
