I come from Latvia and I have my very own driving licence M category. Which means i can drive bicycle and scooters under 50cc. The question is: can I drive any of those or do I need to pass some exams? And if so, than what kind exams and how difficult are they? And at this very moment I am in UK, England for 2 years, and I want to buy a cheap vehicle.

  1. Once you have been in UK for a year your Latvian licence is no longer valid and you would have to take a compulsory basic course and test (CBT) and have a UK provisional licence.

Call into your local bike shop and they should be able to tell you everything you need to know

  2. Your question makes no friggin sense, dude. you should move to America, everyone else is. Here, you don't have to have a license to drive under 50cc vehicles, and if you're a good enough driver, no matter what you're in, you could be one of those dudes on the police chase videos who gets away. Good luck!
