Driving/Racing/Stunt school?

I would like to get into stunt racing (mostly to do commercials) does anyone know of a good school keep in mind I live in Toronto Canada or any good ones in NYC?

I live in NYC.  This is a city of international business.  We don't even have any race tracks near here.
