DO you abide by the 55 mph speed limite on the expressways and then 25 mph limit on residental roads?

I generally drive about 10 mph over the speed limit or I drive with traffic. I generally drive about 25-30 in residential, only because I have a lot of crazy kids in my neighborhood.

its 65 over here, I follow traffic, usually 70-80 mph, I love it

25, i go about 30, its the norm to go atleast 5 over....

I abide by the 65 miles per hour from my state and follow the posted speed limit wherever I go..........

I do not abide by the 55 mph speed limit. I go with speed of traffic, which is almost always 10-15 mph higher than the limit.

I always abide by neighborhood 25 mph limits, because kids live and play in neighborhoods, and you never know when they might run into the path of your car.

I am 27, female. I drive a 1999 Toyota Camry, and I've been driving for nine years.

It's 65 - 70 around here on expressways (though I wish they would lower it to 55) and 20 in residential - and yes, I abide by it.  When I was younger, I didn't always abide by the non-residential speed limits; but I have always abided by the 20mph in residential simply because it's too easy for a young child or pet to jump out from behind a parked car and I wouldn't want to live with the knowledge that I injured/killed one of them.  These days I abide by all speed limits just to conserve gas - I coast as much as I can get away with as long as I'm not holding up traffic behind me.
