Driving Written test, dmv, parent course?

hi im 15 and i read the dmv book about driving and im ready to go to the dmv today to take my written test, what do i need to bring?

My dads teaching me so im not in any classes, but i can drive like a pro lol, i know all the rules of driving, but idk what forms i need to sign or if i need money or id? or birth certificate? thanks

Your going to need your social security card, birth certificate, and your probably going to need to pay around 20 dollars.  Lucky you, I failed my permit test twice, and I don't know when im going to take it again.  Hopefully i'll pass someday lol.
