Driving a limo age limit?

Question

How old do u have to be to drive a limo. Im 16 considering on buying a limo (found a cheap one in good condition) to be my first car HAHA i know it sounds wierd but then I can drive ALL my friends anywhere =]. But do u have to be a certain age? like 20 or something??
