Driving a sticky gas pedal car?

Question

With a sticky gas pedal have you ever had someone rev back at you because they think your revving at them?

You ever had people ride you and yell at because they think your revving it on purpose?

You ever had a cop pull you over because he thinks your doing it on purpose?

I use to have a Plymouth Valiant like that. Maybe depending on the fuel system you have. You may have a sticking cable or the linkage is binding. I would use graphite spray. That is not safe.

You need to clean to remove the sticky substance in your gas pedal or bring it to the service and maintenance shop for check-up.
